Advanced communication systems lab
This lab is equipped with sophisticated
equipments in Microwave, Satellite and Optical Fiber Communications systems.
Microwave benches & components in C & X bands are used to perform
practicals. Optical Fiber Communication practicals are conducted on OFC
Trainers. To study Satellite communication, Antennas and Receiver along with
SATCOM Trainer is available. The TV and Video Engineering practicals are
conducted on B/W and coloured TV Trainers. All types of Antenna systems are held
for practicals on Antenna and propagation. The Lab is equipped with state of art
sophisticated Digital Storage Oscilloscope, Wobblescope and Spectrum
Analyser.
